For those drinkers out there, what will you be drinking on the big day? Wine, beer, champagne, mixed drinks?

nothing carbonated... makes me bloated and gives me a stomachache

maybe a glass of wine or a mixed drink

I had mostly water, I was so damn thirsty all night lol. But I did do a few shots...my only request was clear liquids, lol. didnt want to stain my dress!

I think champagne... i love those pics of brides who are smiling holding a glass of champagne, its like an advertisement... Moet the preffered drink of LI Weddings.....

i drank water and 2 glasses of coke for the entire night
and yes the champagne but thats itttttttttt

no drinks - i was sooo surprised bc i thought i was going to be drunk! but no drinks. i didnt feel like it. and im glad i stuck to water because i remember every waking moment!!!

(that doesnt mean that i didnt have a buzz in the limo :) --- DH and I drank a whole bottle of champagne on our way to planting fields!

i plan on having one margharita first (maybe two depending on how strong they make it) and then switching to Corona. That way i know i'll have a good buzz the whole night without getting plastered!

I usually drink wine but i get that stupid gitty feeling from it and i am afraid of that at my wedding, beer will make me bloat and feel full, the last wedding i went to i drank mimosas. I really don't even know yet!

im probably going to stick to champagne if anything.

my drink of choice would be pom or cran juice + vodka but if i spilled either of those i would freak....so if anything just champagne...cuz i do want to remember and enjoy the night and not look wasted in our pics

I will be giving the bartenders a six pack of blue moon that only I will be able to drink :) it's the only beer i love and since a lot of folks don't, we didn't think it made sense to request they get a lot of it (my RH told us they can get whatever we want). i will probably have 2 or so of them and white zin, my fave wine.

ETA: I just saw mia's response ... i loooooove mimosas so i may drink those!!!

probably like 2 mixed drinks and water the rest of the time!! we shall see! def no beer (bloating!) and no wine...gives me bad hangovers and I don't really like it....I'm not too big on champagne either.....

mimosas in the morning, champagne after the ceremony probably, then probbaly beer during the reception - i crash from wine and get really sleepy, as long as i keep drinking beer i can pretty much keep my drunkness - once i stop drinking i crash so i guess ill just have to drink ALL NIGHT
