This is going to sound like my FH is some Star Wars geek but oh well, I am going to get him a light saber, he really likes them and has always wanted one and i figured it would be something he would never expect

wow thats an awesome and expensive gift. And i'd truly get that for my FH (since i know he wants one so badly), but i can't afford it right now.

I just wanted to let you know that my FH is most definitely a star wars geek! He has tons of the action figures untouched in their boxes and he has 4 lightsabers!!! The good girlfriend i am got him 2 out of the 4 lightsabers for previous xmas gifts. I also thought about getting him some awesome memorablia for a wedding present, but he's so picky... i think that would be pretty hard.
If your FH is any bit of the star wars geek my FH is... he's going to LOVE the lightsaber. (When i used to leave my FH's parents house at night, he'd come running out with the lightsaber swinging it around. It is pretty cool in the dark though).

I don't really know what I'm going to get FH. He is so not a typical guy. He doesn't watch any sports, doesn't play any video games, doesn't like watches/jewelry (I feel like I'm marrying my dad). If we decide to exchange, I'm thinking of a nice barbeque grill or something in history related to his job.
