Our idea for favors is the mini cheesecakes.. we are going to do a 3x3 inch box.. so I will have cute tissue paper under the cheesecake and a bow attached to the top of the box.. now my question is the label..
we want a label on the face of the box.. that would be 3x3.. do you think it would look better to have a label on the face of the box or try and get a label that wraps all the way around the box and on each 'side' of the box (different portion of the label) it had something cute on it.. like the front would have our monogram, side could have fake nutritional info, back could be something cute, and the other side would have something cute.. i dont want to overthink it.. but I think it may be really cute and different.. TIA girls!

How about a ribbon that goes around the box and then put the label on the front of the box over the ribbon with your monogram??

I did this for my E-party and I have to say it was the biggest PITA!!!!!!!!!!! I went nuts over these things. I bought 2X2 boxes and 2x2 monogram stickers. Then the cheesecake didn't fit. SO I got 3x3 clear boxes. I wanted to wrap the ribbon around the box and seal it with the monogram sticker. But the sticker was too small and it just didn't look good. I also had to think about storing and transporting these things so I couldn't make a bow at the top of the box b/c it would get smashed. My fridge and freezer was FILLED with these things. Also the ribbon didn't lay flush against the box like I thought it was going to. It kept coming off, even with glue, even with tape.
So I finally decided to make my own labels from card stock on the comp. I put it inside the box and then glued a crystal to the outside. I didn't glue the label in since it was on the inside it stayed perfectly. I ran to Michaels the morning of my party b/c the boxes kept opening up so I got those little white and silver seals you see on them. ....but they kept popping up as well b/c they were in the fridge. Ughhhhhhhhhh!!!! Deff do a few test runs!

They came out gorgeous! I am using that woman that made your eparty cheesecakes - I am doing the 3x3 box - and she is going to put tissue paper in the box on the bottom and sides to hold it in well with gold colored foils.. and the only problem I am coming across is transporting them with the bows on.. or tying the ribbon.. I am just going to see if I can have the RH have a waiter slap the bows on right before they are given out.. may be a pain but I will pay the guy/girl extra..

Cool! Did you get samples yet? Omg they are soo good!
Make sure you remind her of what shes doing with your favors. She 'forgot' with mine. LOL!

I kill her with kindness - She was a tad snippy - but I don't put up with that.. She is much better now than in the beginning - we ended up with the NY Style with Cinnamon Crumb top (just like you said!) DELISH! - but she asks for you everytime I see her (3x total) - she says she regrets not putting her business card in the boxes for your cakes ...

Yea - I just have to keep on top of her - Hopefully its a cute little sticker on the top part of the box - like when its opened... subtle but people will see it.. nothing too tacky She is doing the flavors for the holidays in the next few weeks.. I am going to order the holiday ones too..yum
