FH calls other people Honey sometimes but usually the context that he uses it in is not questionable.

My FH calls a lot of his female friends who all have significant others sweetie or babe. At first it really bothered me...I mean really bothered me. But then I realized that it was just how he is with them, nothing else. They are all with other people. He calls me Baby or Love and never calls them that. If I heard him call one of them Baby or Love...I'd slice him.

If that were his normal pattern of lingo, it would not bother me. If all of a sudden he started to do that, or to one person specifically......... I'd be a little upset!

it would depend on who & circumstance but chances are if he's calling someone 'babe' or 'hun' in front of u....he has nothing to hide. That's just my take on it. Unless you kinda catch him doin it....in that case, i'd 'slice him' too! (HAHA I LOVED THAT ONE!)

ive never heard him call any other female anything other than their name, so if all of a sudden i heard him call another woman babe id probably kick him in the nuts i call ppl all sorts of names - male and female, sometimes i say hun, sweetie, stuff like that - especially if i dont remember their name so FH doesnt care at all.....i dont call anyone else babe though - thats my name for him & him only
