so fh has decided we need someting else at ch.....we already bought the chuck wagon(sliders,hot dogs,pizza etc)...i tried to tak him out but whatever we r getting something...
so anyways..its between a fajita station or a mashed potato bar...which one would u rather have?

how are they making the mashed? i only say this because (Im Irish) and also because if they can season them with different spices, that would be super. But if not, i'd go with the fajitas.

we should go with the cheaper one but fh loves his fajtas lol
why dont you get the fajiatas and see if they will throw in the mashed potatoes???

Mashed potatoes!! I think more people like them then fajitas (although I LOVE both!) so you'll get your moneys worth! I'm biased though...we're having one bar at our CH

I'm just thinking numbers....potatoes are so cheap- as are the fixin's. I'm all about bang for your buck....fajitas.....also the sizzle of fajitas gives it some drama.

I've been to weddings where there are a variety...mashed sweet potatoes, garlic mashed, red skin mashed and one more I forgot.
I would go with the mashed potatoes! I think I'm just going to stand next to the mashed potato bar at my cocktail hour and wait for people to come to me and socialize as I stuff my face!

fajiats are good but hard to eat standing up in coctail hour . i think a poatato bar would be easier because you can use a fork to dig in while standing

I gotta go with the mashed potatoes because I know I personally can't really eat anything without dropping it on myself. If I were at a CH with fajitas, as much as I love 'em, I'd have to pass or I'd be wearing them the entire wedding.....
