ok, it's been two and a half months since our wedding and i'm still really upset about how so many things were handled by our event/catering manager. (see my review for details
dh and i have been contemplating whether or not we should send a letter outlining the problems and why we are unhappy to the company.
do you think we should? what would you do?

Re: what would you do?
If it is bothering you that much that you are still thinking about it months later, then I would do it. You have to decide whether you'd feel better getting your concerns off your chest and down on paper, or will you eventually forget about the things that made you upset/mad.

You have nothing to lose by sending a letter. You may not get anything out of it, but at least you will feel better by letting them know you were not happy.

Are they aware that you are upset about it? If so, a professionally-worded letter to the company is a good idea.
If they are and have failed to even try to make things up to you, I'd file a complaint with the BBB.

If it is still bothering you that much then go for it. Write a letter, maybe it can help you feel a bit more settled with how things were handled.

Re: what would you do?
If it were me I would write them a strongly worded letter and expect at least an appoligy. If not I would report them to the BBB Sorry that happened to you

Re: what would you do?
I read the whole thing and I think you should absolutely send something to the owner of the company as well as the BBB. You paid for a service and did not receive it as planned. You had to HIRE someone in addition to all of the money you were already spending to have it decorated when you were originally told that was a part of the contract. I would definitely do something, don't take it. Some other bride out there may get hit hard by the same caterer so having something on the BBB website will at least put up a little flag!
Good luck!

Definitely write a letter! At the very least it will be therapeutic for you to get those grievances off your chest.

Yes, I would write and enclose a copy of your complaint BBB! Don't be nice! This is business, you can address the problems and not get personal and get your point across that your wedding did not at all meet expectations.

aw, i am so sorry you had a bad experience! i would definately write a letter to them! if anything maybe you will get an apology (although it does not fix what happened, may help u feel better) and u may help out people in the future who decide to use that place. maybe they will fix some of the things and make sure they dont happen again! Go for it!

I would send a letter, if they did things that weren't appropriate or that bothered you you definitely should tell them.
