Would you book a fairly new hall? As in a hall that just opened last June for your wedding?

Sure I would book them...only if I went there for a tasting first and got some peoples feedback on the place who have been there already...

Why not? See if they can give you a few references, and after you have a tasting tghen go from there. BTY may I ask the name of the hall?

i agree...and definitely let them provide you with a tasting...and if you feel good about the place and the food is good have faith in the place

It is a hall in NJ called the imperia. I just love it and think it is perfect! I work with lawyers so right away they were all saying I was crazy for booking with them because they are not well known.. blah blah blah! I have until Oct 9th of this year to get my money back but I am very happy with the hall. Guess people just put thoughts into your head and make you second guess yourself. Thank you!

I wouldn't. I like to do research, and would feel more comfortable knowing many other people gave positive reviews on the place. I dont want to be the guinea pig....UNLESS it was a new addition to the Scotto Brother. You cant go wrong w. them.
