If you feel that someone stabbed you in the back in an indirect manner but you already sent them a save the date card for your wedding??

Re: What would you do?
um, I would say don't send them an invitation. If you really don't want this person at your wedding and you believe you cannot fix your relationship then don't send an invitation.
That's just my opinion. But I suggest you think really hard about whether you really want to remove this person from your life. And I'm sorry you were back stabbed. Good luck in your decision.

Re: What would you do?
I would not send them an invitation. I know etiquette says to but if they hurt me that bad I don't want them to be part of my day.

I would verify exactly what happened, and then if it did turn out that he/she really did stab you in the back, he/she does not get an invite!

I agree with everyone else...sure its 'rude' to not invite someone after you send a STD...but I think stabbing someone in the back is even ruder!!!!
I also think you should verify what happened to make sure you don't destroy a friendship unnecessarily...

I wouldn't invite them!
It could be worse....I just had an epiphany that one of my BM's has been stabbing me in the back for years... now I have to kick her out of the bridal party.

ITA, I think when you send a STD its kind of 'contingent' on the fact that your relationship stays intact and that they dont do anything hurtful towards you! I would just make sure she really did do something intentionally to stab you in the back first.

I TA! only thing is, you said in an 'indirect manner', so if you want to set the record straight with her, let her know that you know what she did (or he), so that the person can never come back and say that you wrote them off and never even spoke to them about it.

ITA...clear the air, see how this person responds and make a decision. It won't be such a surprise to that person in the end.

I agree with everyone else ....... Just bc u sent them a STD doesnt mean u have to invite them...... if someone stabbed me in the back i would not want them there to celebrate the best day of my life !! Remember its ur day, make sure u are completely relaxed and stress free!!

ITA.. I don't know the details, but you do have time to make your decision.. if he/she truly hurt you i'm sorry, don't feel pitied into inviting her because you sent her a save the date.

Re: What would you do?
I agree with everyone else as well. The STD was sent before your friend 'stabbed you in the back' so I say no invite...
