But then I started thinking about the retaliation. Sororities can be VICIOUS (Obviously from what you just said), so if they get reported and it gets back to them, they're going to blame your sister and her friends and possibly 'get them back.' If your sister isn't afraid of that, then okay report their assses!

My sister goes to Penn State too!
Hmm - I was on Panhell in college, and I know that they take that stuff VERY seriously, especially for nationwide sororities like KKG and KD.
I almost want you to call them to get that biotch in trouble and make her have to step down as president (i've seen presidents have to step down for way less)...but then she does seem very unstable and who knows what they would do. Some girls are CRAZY.
As far as the phone sitch...I would prob just have your mom get a new one b/c if she does have the girl who hit her, it might turn into a huge thing, and i'm sure you sister just wants to let it go and move on.

Situations like this really confuse me, because yes, the sorority might retalliate. But in the end, I believe in doing what's right. And what's right IMO is reporting the incident as best as you can. Penn State doesn't want their rep ruined, and while I'm sure they aren't going to shut down the sorority, they might do something. I don't believe in lying down and taking things quietly, but I don't believe in violence either.
