so we ordered bedroom furniture in October. The dresser came damaged. they FINALLLY delivered us a new one.. but as they took it out the box outside.. it had some scratches on it and 2 lil circle dents on 1 of the drawers. so i made them take it back.
what would you do? make them bring ANOTHER dresser or ask for the value of the dresser ($)

OMG that's so freakin' annoying! i can't believe it came damaged AGAIN!
if it takes another 6 months for the next delivery, i'd tell them to just give me $$$ back. Otherwise, if it's going to be soon (like in the next week or two), i'd let them try a third time.

Being that it has taken this long to get the 2nd one and it was damaged, I would just ask for your money back and look for something that will match somewhere else

honestly I wouldnt trust them to do anything right by this point. not only this is the 2nd time this happens but they made u wait since Oct for a simple freakin dresser

Get your money back! For all of the Bedroom furniture. At least argue that and then settle on the $$ for the dresser. When negotiating ask for the world. You might just get int
