I went to pick up my tiara today at the bridal salon and when I opened the box, it was the wrong one.
I told them it wasn't what I ordered and showed them which one I did order (they're two totally different headpieces). They told me they would call me either tonight or by tomorrow. I agreed to this.
(I'm hoping that my tiara is in another box somewhere in their salon and that the order isn't actually screwed up. I figured that I would give them until tomorrow to look.)
Did I do the right thing? Would you have gotten a little nutty on them?

Nutty...nut yet, save that for the phone call. They could find it in the store and then you would have went nutty for nothing.

i would definitely give them a day to look for it. if they still don't find it - then defintely go buck wild on them!!!!!!!!

I think you did the right thing. But call them promptly tomorrow... then if they can't find it, make a whole lot of noise!

I agree- give them time. They will be more willing to want to make it right if they don't hate you.

Ohhhh Jen...you are too nice. The good thing is that you have a little bit of time for a back up plan. Regradless, it was very nice of you to give them a day to get back to you. But if they don't- then raise hell!!! How are you by the way? I miss pre-cana!
