What would you do..?!

So June 26th Ibordered from michaelangela on Etsy. My day of outfit had me so excited. We measure a few times, colors were set.. Then BAM- she went on some sort of haitus! She has her messaging set up to automatically send you an email back. It says some crap about how life throws you storms, and she isn't taking orders until she is at a 2 week turn around time, and took time to fill all her orders. It also says no worries if u placed an order you will receive it in time for your special day....
I have not gotten a response in over a week. I have not gotten a shipping notification.... And I want my damn money back! I can't believe she could do business like this! Who does that? I'm not happy about it, won't ruin my day, but it's just disgusting how people can do business this way. Anyone thinking of ordering from this shop-DON'T.
Anyone knowing of someone who wants to... Tell them to talk to me first....

I went through the same issues with her, as did a bunch of other brides on here. While she does amazing work, her customer service skills are HORRIBLE, so this is why I refuse to recommend her to anyone. It's not worth the hassle, believe me. It took me almost 3 months to get my hoodie.


I'd file a non delivery report against her. That will light a fire under her butt. I did, and I got mine within a week.
