Just let it go. You have enough stress with planning. If you start to see other things, then maybe say something, but, it could very well be nothing. They could have had something else to do, and were in a rush because of that!

I think you should just let it go. In my honest opinion, I think that people sometimes feel that they own their bridesmaids and tend to forget that all these people had lives before our weddings and may just be busy in their own personal life. DOnt take it personally, let it go...if they didnt love you, they wouldnt have said yes to be in your wedding in the first place.

It ***** that they would rush you like that...what was the 1am's reasoning for not coming? They probably just had other things to do yesterday....I wouldn't let it upset you

Don't stress yourself too much. Like everyone said they could have been in a rush, not that it was right to do that to you at the last minute. I wouldn't worry about it at this point. If they continue to act this way in the future, then maybe I might have a problem with it.

thanks girls... I guess if they had told me why they couldnt make it... maybe it would have been better... but I know I dont own my BM's... and they owe me no explanation.. but I wanted to do something nice and treat them to lunch... but I guess next time I will make it more official when we have a bm lunch...

Always look on the bright side of life- they saved you some cash!!! No I am kidding. I think best advice that I have ever read on this site, is 'No one cares as much about your wedding then you do'
Ofcorse your BM's are happy to be part of your big day,, but maybe they already had plans and didnt want to say no to you- so they rearranged their day a bit. Dont worry yourself with this, I am sure they meant no harm

That is so true....they just don't care as much about your wedding. I am in a wedding in a few weeks and I have to get a fitting this week for the dresses...I'm not that excited about it. My weekends I get very busy...but i know when it comes to my wedding i want people to be excited about stuff....lol It's backwards but the way it is. I'd be upset too, but you have to see it from both sides.

Just LIG.....
it really isnt a big deal, & other peoples weddings arent that important to some people which is ok, so they arent going 2 stop their lives for it like we (the bride) does. I think it is good enough that they came in to get their dresses taken care of, there is really not much more you can ask of them.....confronting them would cause unnecessary drama.

I would let it go. They might have been hungover and just didn't want to leave the house. If that's the case, at least they made it to the dress store!

I would let it go. There are other things you are going to be stressing over. Don't let this add to it.

Let this one go, unfortunately you'll have much bigger drama when the wedding gets closer.

I would just let it go as well. Just trying to get my BM's together is hard enough, having them stay afterwards is a longshot. Thry have families, school and other lives. One of my Bm's works nights and weekends and trying to have the other girls adapt to each other schedules is like hell. I'm happy that they even give me 5 minutes to show up........ So, definately don't stress, we all have BM issues!!!!
