What would you do if...

You got a sample of your invite and absoultely LOVED IT!!! And then when you got your real one they are not the same...

The 'real ones' now are bold in font, a darker brown and the paper is discolored...I am really upset right now - I just dont know what to do...

ETA: Please help.

Well, if it doesn't look like what they agreed it would look like then i would complain! Do you have time for them to be redone???

Oh you poor thing!!! You must be sooooo bummed. Definitely call them and complain!!! They have to do something - it's not what you ordered!!!

i would absolutely contact the company and express whatever youre disappointed about. you never know, they may be willing to help you out any way they can.

I would be upset and then take action by calling the company to express my dissatisfaction. I'm a bit O.C.D. so I would take a picture of the sample as well as your invites and circle all the differences. I hope they work with you on making this right.

I had a similar situation - but it wasn't the entire invitation that was different. The outter envelopes they sent me (with my return address on them) were wrong. I ordered a metallic envelope, and these were plain flat...

I sent 2 emails, and left 3 messages on the phone because they had already left for the weekend - and basically said I wanted them redone first thing Monday morning, and overnighted to be so I got them by Wednesday because they must be sent out on Thursday (ok, that wasn't necessarily true - I had another week)

Sure enough - I got them that Wednesday.

B*tching and complaining will get you places!! Just don't give up, you paid for those invitations and you should get them exactly the way you want them.
