What would you do if you went for 2 hair trials and hate both of them?
Oh boy... I went for my 2nd trial on Sat and hated it. I dont have pics yet, but I will upload them tonight. This time I went for an updo bun type of thing and it looked like a birds nest on top of my head I am so upset because I spent $75 on each trial. ( I didn't tell Anthony, of course because he would flip out!) I think Im just going to take my chances the day of the wedding and just do the classic updo' with curls pinned to my head. I dont think I can deal with this anymore

I WOULD DO ANOTHE TRAIL. YOU WANNA BE HAPPY THE DAY OF YOUR WEDDING. ARE THESE PLACES JUST DOING ONE STYLE OR A FEW FOR THAT PRICE??

Or did you hate the way the stylist actually did it?
have you seen pics of the stylist's work?

I don't think I would take my chances. I would be too scared. I would probably book a trial with someone else.

Thats why I went with Jen the Hair Genie...I didnt even go for a second trial with her (for my updo) bc I KNOW that she will do a good job the day of...you want to make sure that you go with someone reputable...someone who knows how to work with ALL hairstyles!

book more trials...i know it's almost a 'waste' of money but in the end, you want to achieve the look you want, and don't want to look back and regeret not trying others.

How about going for something a little more compact...I think its hard not to have a 'nest' with this type of style...

I'd keep going for trials Janie. It stinks when you leave all hating it, and you think how much money you just blew but its better to blow it now then hate it the day of the wedding.

Trust me I know how you feel, I went to about 5 hair trials before I found the one I liked. Not sure if its in your budget, but I would say keep looking till you are 100% happy. That is what I did. Good luck

I would keep trying until you are happy. Your hair will show up in all of your pics, and you want to feel confident on your wedding day. It is totally worth the money to have that peace of mind. Have you called April of Creative Hair Designs to see if she is free for your date? I LOVED her and she really did a great job with my hair, my mom's hair, and 3 of my BMs. We all had different hair types...super thick, super thin, super damaged (my mom, the hair dye queen), and she was able to work with everyone's hair to make something fabulous!

Keep looking, and try someone else, if you've hated the two and this isn't your everyday always hairdresser whom you give a christmas card to then keep looking...you don't want to end up in tears on your wedding day b/c you hate your hair

its your wedding and your hairdo will be in your pics forever.
if you put a deposit or guarantee for a certain hair person , you are better off losing your relationship with that persno than hating your wedding pictures

this happened to me for the makeup trials, i ended up having 4 trials until i found the right one. Keep on looking and go on recommendations of people you trust!!

You dont want to be unhappy every time you look back on your wedding photos so spending more money on a trial is worth it. Show the stylist the picture and ask them their option on how it will look on you. I think your hair might be too long for that style and that is the reason you think it looks like a nest. Anyway, isnt 3 times a charm????????? Lets see the pictures!

I agree with everyone else...keep going for trials till you find something you like...this is your wedding day and you want to feel beautiful! Even though its rough with the money situation I'd rather spend the money till i find something i'm happy with
