HONESTLY I am out of cash. I'm not ashamed to say EVERYTHING I have is going into this wedding.
I MUST not waver from the budget as we have already cut our weekly grocery budget down to $45. Caligraphy just isn't an option I don't have the money for it.
Our invite outer envelope is RED Our invite inner envelope is a shiny Gold
What the heck am I gonna do about labeling them??
OUTER: Red with Gold imprinting on it with our return address and the word 'Invitation' It's a deep red. Black would probably be lost on it. So how can I use my computer to print names.
INNER: Shiny Gold with a shiny red symbol for double happiness. Won't hold ink well unless Im using an old fashioned bic.
So I'm open for ideas.
(and yes, I am kicking myself in the butt for not thinking of this before I ordered them)

Is there any chance of you getting a Gold Ink Pen! The real wet one (not a good description I know) and write them out yourself.

Or.....what if you get Gold Foil Labels and print on those in black. I am not even sure if they sell these but I am sure you can make it work. Even Gold Paper and just print it up.
Anyway, now I am going too far...check your FM and get back to me. It will work!

What about buying an embosser? They are like $40-65. You wouldnt have to print at all....you can have an embosser of your address made. I don't know if this would be good for the outer envelope, though. It's a lot cheaper than hiring someone to do it...

Skip Intro Choose English Go to Weddings (my invite is on Page 4 second to last on the right using the scroll on the bottom)
But you can choose ANY invite to see the envelope options.
Once an invite is selected click on the word Envelopes in red at the top.
The outer Envelope is 'Red Coated paper wtih light floral patter' bottom right hand corner. You can zoom in. hehe

My Name & Jim's are already printed in told onto the outside of the envelope.
It's the guest's name I'm wondering about. Thank god it's not a lot. We have about 45 invites out of the 135 we ordered. The rest are going to the respective parents for handling. My father is putting Gold Lables with black writing on the outside. Jim's mother and grandmother are hand delivering.

Buy Gold ink? We have a color printer and it prints in color but it's ANCIENT old..hrm
