What would you like better?

For part of my gift to my bridesmaids I'm thinking of getting embroidered tote bags and then putting other things in it. My question is if you were receiving this gift would you want it to be embroidered with your first name or just your intials?

i was actually gonna get the girls bags too and put their initials on them...either way u chose both r cute

I feel like writing the names out on the bags makes it look kinda 'kiddish'

I think first names, you never know when your friends are going to get married as well, and their last names will change.

initials b/c they can use it as a beach bag as well and you don't wanna walk around w/a bag w/your on it. Thats what am gonna do for my girls

I agree.... and voted for initials. However, I wouldn't wear anything with my initials on it unless it was first, last, middle because my initials spell out something I'd rather not have on my bag

Also, my initials will be changing soon...

You could always just do their first initial, but I think generally a monogram is classier

i voted for names, but if it were me, i think i might actually use the bag more often if it were just initials. JMO

I'd do initials because if I use the bag at the gym or beach, I don't want everyone knowing my name.
