Re: What would your dream house consisit of?
ooh good question!!
i'd say 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms huge master suite with jacuzzi tub and lots of closets! pantry laundry room FROG (lol, for you non southeners that's a finished room over the garage, and its perfect for a mans room) 2 1/2 car garage basement is not possible in SC formal dining room family room and living room a great big kitchen an open floor plan! a great location, and a wonderful back yard
lol is that too much to ask?! the house that we bid on has 90% of my dreams... hope it works out one day!

Re: What would your dream house consisit of?
I am all about a practical house.
I want 3 bedrooms. A den. A living room. A sick game room with a bar. 3 bathrooms. A full finished basement. A beautiful kitchen & dining room. 2 car garage.
I'd prefer a ranch house but a house with all those rooms, we would need about 2 floors.

Re: What would your dream house consisit of?
One thing I would love is a closet the size of a bedroom. I never have enough room for my stuff, even with a walk in closet.

I'll stop here. I sometimes get carried away

Re: What would your dream house consisit of?
Definitely a big house but not so big that people would get lost.
Master suite with bath and his and hers closets (walk-in of course). Master suite bath would have a large corner stand up shower and a large jacuzzi tub in another corner. Separate room with toilet. Double sinks 3 large bedrooms with walk-in closets Office 1 1/2 baths downstairs 2 baths upstairs (not incl. master suite) Large kitchen with an island stove, one of those fridges with the tv inside. ETA: AND A DISHWASHER!!!!!! FDR Great room past the foyer with a fireplace, couch, and love seat with a giant ottoman in the middle Laundry Room upstairs Large family room with a pool table Covered porch in the front, with a porch swing Backyard would have an IG pool, and a built in grill
It's a dream... right?
BTW, if you go to houseplans.com, you can enter specifics on what you want, and then you can go to interactive floor plan and decorate!

Re: What would your dream house consisit of?
I can't even explain it . . . One thing I want to add though is a heated indoor pool. That's right INDOOR!!! I want one sooo bad. If I could have a whole lot of property for lush gardens - that would be nice as well.

that sounds just about perfect, but i also want a study and a doctor's entrance with a living room, bathroom, and two extra rooms for my private therapy practice.
and all of this in a blue victorian house with a lot of property and trees and a wrap around porch.

Re: What would your dream house consisit of?
I'd want an old Victorian, but completely new inside. I'd like:
a big wrap around porch 2 or 3 bathrooms 4 bedrooms a good size basement or attic for fh's 'boys room' a huge kitchen with professional appliances a nice size backyard hardwood floors throughout
