customer service with a smile. I am so sick of nasty people on the phone. OMG, you don't want your job then give it to me!!!!!!!!!! Seriously, I call the doctors office to call in my new medicine and it was like the Spanish inquisition, I was just following the directions of my doctor, you don't have to give me an attitude. Do you think people evr think about the person on the other end, I have had a miserable few weeks and I don't need some nasty woman to make it worse!!!!!!!!

I'm so sorry!!!! I feel the same way!! I do not think it is ever acceptable to be nasty to someone for no reason!! No matter what kind of mood you are in, you just don't treat other people like that!!! Hope things start looking up for you!!!

I wonder about this as well. I've had such bad experiences with customer service lately it just makes me wonder how people manage to hold on to their jobs.

I know exactly what you mean. I called Cablevision a few days ago, and got he nastiest customer service rep on the phone. So, I called back and reported her to a manager, then I made a nice call the their corporate office and filed a formal complaint against her.

I agree, I'm fighting back too.
I wrote a review on yelp rating a place badly on their customer service. The owner messaged me about specifics and any additional information and I responded with the name of the person etc. Im sick of it.
