I hear one if by land is amazing but never been there. Blue water grill in the city is very nice and candlelit and the food was amazing!!!

My favorite in NY is the Parkside in Corona, Queens. I actually got engaged the FIRST time there. Lame engagement though but still a great romantic restaurant.
