My mom lives far from me, so I don't get to see her very often. We are going to spend the day with FH's family-dinner with his dad's side and dessert with his mom's side.

Celebrating next weekend. I am in VA with FH now... had my BM's baby shower to attend yesterday. My mom is working today anyway so we'll do our thing either next Friday or Saturday. I already gave her flowers Thursday night though before I left. I'm gonna call her in a little while though. I still feel bad for not being home but she told me to go to the shower.

im in florida visiting my mom, but apparently its too freakin hot to do anything so we're all inside.
we're going out to dinner with like 8 other people later when its cooler. can you believe its already in the 90s here? its crazy.

Lucky!!!! It's raining and yucky here. My mom's in FL and my bro and sis-in-law are here in VA but never do anything for anything, so I'm home alone while the FM works and thinking about how, hopefully, in a couple of years, I'll get the phone calls that I'm going to be making today . . . . if you catch my meaning!!
