lol I live on them! When I go out on my Dad's boat, I nuke one at home, wrap it in foil and then reheat it on the grill on the boat.

lol I live on them! When I go out on my Dad's boat, I nuke one at home, wrap it in foil and then reheat it on the grill on the boat.
i think that's the key.. nuking a potato. i attempted to make a baked potato a few months back...using my oven... COMPLETE FAIL! it took forever and by the time it was ready, i had already eaten so much crap that i wasn't even hungry anymore!

We had pizza!
I actually bought those Gordon's Fisherman Tilapia patties and they were delicious. We had that with some steamed broccoli and the Lightly Sauced Sides of Red Roasted Potatoes in Chive Butter sauce.
I made chicken and yellow rice w vegetables
I had a lean pocket and a salad.
I had a salad with grilled chicken. FH is working at the firehouse tonight.
