I cooked 4 nights in a row (a new record), so I'm not cooking tonight!

Tuesday - meatloaf w/mashed potatoes & broccoli
Wednesday - eggplant parmesan
Thursday - zucchini & summer squash fettucini
Friday - maybe sushi? maybe pizza - TBD.
