We met ours, and came in right where we wanted to.
Minimum 100 Invited 150 Yes's 124
The maximum the room could hold is 150, and we were hoping for about 120 and that's exactly what we got. It's small compared to a lot of other weddings, but it's perfect for us!

Minimum 175 Invited 256 So far Attending 95 (includes vendors), with 3 days til the response date. We have 44 OOT waiting to respond and 81 locals waiting to repsond.
We have to give our hall final head count by 6/15...hoping and praying we get at least 150...but it's not looking good.

2 people backed out the last week but we had our B list and just got 2 others to take their place!

I think our minimum is either 140 or 150... we're inviting 200 we didn't send out the invites yet.

My minimum was 200, but I was able to negotiate it down to 175. Thank goodness I did because it looks like I will have 165, but with the vendors, I should come out even.
