I had a little bag of Sun Chips and a pack of Fig Newtons this morning from the vending machine, so even though I want an afternoon snack, I think I should pass

Me too....I have convinced myself that because they have fruit in them they're not bad for me....

I used to eat the reddi whip like crazy when I was on atkins...that was the best thing about that diet.

Today for snack, I will probably stop at 7-11 and get one of those big soft Pretzels. That is my afternoon routine. They are sooo yummy

I just had the most perfect red delicious apple. That's so rare - to find a perfectly ripe apple! They're usually not ripe enough or they're a little too ripe and have brown spots - blech.

I suck .... I just had a homemade brownie from the cafeteria.

It's modified Atkins ... LOL!!
