All I can say is, FH is LUCKY to have me around. I'm grilling some portabello caps (that are currently marinating) on the George Foreman grill and tooping them with some mozarella, tomato and basil. And I'm making sweet potato fries.
And I have some beer to go along with it...Trader Joe's house brand. Mmm.
Oh yeah, and some wine sorbet in the freezer...pinot noir. Made in Brooklyn. Holla! Wine Cellar Sorbets

We just finished dinner. I BBQ'd lobster tails and marinated shrimp skewers. FH made a spinach salad with red onion and BACON! I am so content right now!!!!!!

we made a tortellini salad...its tortellini in light italian dressing mixed with pieces of griled chicken, broccoli and grape tomatoes....its yummy!
