Whats for dinner??

I made Shepards pie! When FH gets home form work, all I ahve to do is put cheese on top and into the oven it goes!

I'm making spicy Thai chicken with noodles. MMMMMmmmm

I just kinda wing it...

I brown about a pound og ground beef, adding some minced garlic and onions (sometims peppers too) Then I add about a half a jar of tomato sauce...you can use chunky vegetable if u like lots of veggies, or we usually use an onion.garlic one...you do not want to use a whole jar, because you do not want it soupy...badsically its to give it some more flavor and color than regular ground beef flavor....We use shoepeg corn for the next layer (green giant--yummy) Then top it wish mashed Potatoes and lots of grated cheese. Bake it about 40 mins..its all already cooked, you basically are just making it all the same temperature! We usually use a deep corningware casserole dish


You can also make it ahead of time, and when you wan tto cook it, put the cheese on top and bake!

Its very easy to make and FH LOVES it!
