So we wound up making chicken cutlets, mashed potatoes and mixed veggies. My mom invited us for a small Italian Sunday dinner, but we decided to stay in. I will see her during the week.

DH just cooked shake and bake pork chops and potatoes augratin and steamed string beans. It was very good.
