I had plain pasta. I was sick this week with either food posoning or a stomach virus. This is the first time I ate since Monday's lunch (or at least first time food stayed in since Monday) so I tried to find the plainest thing in the house to eat.

Chilean Seabass & Lemon Sole with mussels, clams & shrimp in a garlic white wine sauce. Served with Rice, Sauteed Asparagus, a Salad and Semolina Bread.
