What's for dinner?

I loved the post yesterday about what's for dinner...you ladies give me good ideas!

I am marinating ground turkey in fajita seasoning and sierra mist free (carbonation tenderizes and lemon lime flavor is perfect w/ fajita flavor - i hope!). I'm making that into turkey burgers on light whole grain bread with homemade guacamole. Steamed brocoli with garlic, salsa and red pepper flakes on the side.

Not sure. We are going to look at 2 houses tonight so we might just go out to dinner or just eat at the in-laws..

Gosh, I wish I knew how to cook like that..I usually only make the basics but I did tell FH that I was going to try to make more things from scratch. Maybe you can pass on your guacamole recipe FH loves guacamole!

I usually wing it but a good idea is to mash 2 avocados, the juice of one lime, a bit of salt, diced onion to your desired taste (1/2 - 3/4 of an onion), diced tomato (1/2 large or 1 small), cilantro to your desired taste, chopped garlic to your desired taste (i use about 4 cloves) and sometimes I add hot sauce, jalepenos or cayanne pepper....it's easy to switch amounts based on your own taste buds.....but there is a brand of guac. that they sell in a 2 pack in BJs that is the best. I buy that because it's amazingly good and a deal!!!! Scoop it in a bowl and pretend you made it!
