I have ground turkey defrosting and I have more tomatoes than I know what to do with from the garden but I'm stumped on what to make. I'm tired of turkey chili - any other suggestions?

Re: What's for dinner?
I looked around and came up with this: Turkey meatballs (but in the shape of burgers) with a homemade tomato sauce (very chunky) and a parsley pesto that I will put on English muffins with mozzeralla on them.

I made spicy scallops with rice that had turkey bacon in it. Also made green beans and tomatoes to go with it.

No, my mom made a GIANT batch and gave me some to take home!
I'll ask her for the recipe though, she always says it's really easy.

Re: What's for dinner?
with ground turkey you could make mini-turkey burgers. I buy the tiny square dinner rolls and add garlic and some parm. cheese to the turkey then grill and add tomatoes and cheese.
