I don't know what to have.

Maybe a spicy black bean burger and a salad?

fh and i are going to be out on LI for our Elsa appointment so we are gonna stop at Applebees for dinner.....they have ww friendly meals

Beef burgundy with a lot of veggies snuck in, egg noodles and biscuits.

FH called me up earlier and said he's going to make stuffed peppers for us .... it'll be his first time making them so we'll see how that turns out

crab cakes and then grilled lamb chops (nice out, although we grill all yr round) with a side, probably rice or something...

fall off the bone ribs that have been in the slow cooker since 9am!!!
with garlic mashed potaties and roasted broccoli with garlic, oil and parm!!
