Chicken cordon blu (healthy version)
Pound out the chicken, spread one wedge of laughing cow cheese on each piece of chicken, top with a slice or two of low sodium ham. roll up and secure with toothpicks. Bake in the oven at 350 till the juices run clear 35-40 minutes It is soooo good
