Salad with tofu, snow peas, crunchy chow mein noodles, and peanut dressing. Yum!

Just got back from lunch. A vendor (Insurance Company Underwriters) took us out. You think it’d be good but it was only ‘Ok’. I got the pasta – Angel Hair with tomato basil and the pasta stuck together in globs and it didn’t mention that proscitto (sp) was going to be layered on top and I couldn’t eat that.
But Dessert. Now THAT was good. I got the truffles. Chocolate and Grand Manier. YUMMY. Like 7 of those babies.
It’s really kinda chilly outside with the wind.
