Thanks for the compliment. I work out and try not to eat carbs after lunchtime. I guess that helps.

He he..DH is very set in his way with this. He likes to try to diet. Thank goodness though cause I would eat mac and cheese every night.

i had egg whites and wheat toast at 10...so lunch will not be for a while

but i will either have a turkey sandwhich on wheat

or some leftover chili from last night
