Are the Weight Watchers frozen dinners good? I actually had Lean Cuisine ravioli yesterday, and it was good, but I was still hungry after. There were like 5 little ravioli in the whole thing.

I happen to like them. The Basil Chicken I had today is great.

I agree on the portion size completely. I have gotten used to smaller portions from being on WW for over a year, so it doesn't bother me SO much. But really, we as Americans, tend to eat too large portions, right? It's been an adjustment.

Oh yeah, I've gotten somewhat used to having small portions. Sometimes I'll still get a small fries and cheeseburger from McDonald's, and I'm fine with that considering I used to eat a supersize meal. But that meal seemed really small to me yesterday. I'm going to see about trying the Basil Chicken. Sounds good.

Tonight I'm going to make spaghetti and meatballs. I'm going to try to eat only a small portion of it.
