I had egg salad on a roll and feel guilty about it. I freakin hate when I do that.

FH ate meat and he called me to tell me how upset he was that he did. he also said he took out chicken for me to cook tonight. So now I have to cook the chicken for him to eat for the next few days and then make something else on top of it. I guess I will do something simples like pasta.

my mom makes this awesome egg with zucchini that i adore - she steams the zucchini and then leaves only a teeny bit of water in the pan - then she throws in an egg and beats it super super fast for like 30 seconds. . . it is so yummy bc it takes hte flavor of the zucchini - ooh now i want that
anyway for lunch i had a bagel with cream cheese!
