Thats ok I had checkers last night
But I had 4 pts for lunch- ham sandwhich and 100 cal cookie pack

i had salami on wheat bread with a side of fresh strawberries.

Oh this diet thing is killing me!!!

only 30 more days to continue toning up and lose 5 more pounds!

Resses pieces lol! i am taking DH out for dinner today for his birthday and because it is so nice out i decided to skip lunch and cut out of work a few hours early so i am eating from my candy stash here lol

Well since I was running late this morning..on the phone with the bridal, the cruise line, my mom, helping my dad with his I-pod, on the phone with FH about the honeymoon..and getting ready for work...I didn't have time to eat breakfast..or make lunch!!!! So I grabbed a pop tart and a bottle water...I know I know some lunch right? I have my sister's alteration tis evening so I better think about a fast dinner...FH wants to get Carvel Ice Cream tonight...Buy one get one Free!...LOL

so jealous of all of you...i've been on south beach (lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks) but i had cottage cheese and almonds...yum
