I brought left overs from dinner last night. Filet Mignone and peas. It was pretty good reheated- but def not as good as last night!

I'm having left overs:
Spanish rice with pigeon peas (arroz con gandules)
Beef Stew (bistec en salsa)
Fried (sweet) plantains (maduros)
I went to my mom's house for dinner last night
Wish I had your lunch. Mom's cooking is ALWAYS good. I just finished having a boring light sandwich . Having final fitting today and have my monthly visitor so feeling a bit stuffed already.
