one slice of whole wheat fiber one bread reduced fat mayo 3 slices of roast beef 1/2 slice of cheese slice of tomato romain lettuce and one pickel

ALYSSA,! i eat mustard plain,,with a spoon.. if ur really into mustard i have to recommend a bunch of diff types.

OMG So I gave up fast food & cursing for lent and someone here said they were going to Wendys and I'm thinking 'Dam maybe I should of gave something else up' I'm so hungry, don't know what I'm having yet
