Faya Yogurt ( the only yogurt that does not induce illness on me) with fresh cherries halved, with a 1/2 of cantelope... and water...

I have a Turkey sandwich on WW wheat bread. For dessert, having a Kozy Shack chocolate pudding. i am looking forward to that part.

the usual- WW pita, with turkey, ham, and fat free cheese, lettuce and mustard. Side of baby carrots! and of course my obsession, diet coke.

A lot of people seem to like that pic, meanwhile it was part of a group pic I took at a b-day party and I cropped it. I have to say I love my camera!!

I brought left overs from what I cooked last night, I guess I'm having a typical West Indian lunch, Stew chicken, stew beef, rice and peas with baked macaroni and potato salad....yummmm........
