we went to the dinner and I had a doc salad with chiken im super full we just got back

Low sodium turkey , low sodium cheese on a arnold wheat sandwich thin, and and apple :)

We go to my parent's house every Sunday for a very early dinner. We're having pasta today at around 3:00.

I was so bad today. I had some Flipside crackers and garlic & herb cheese spread. here comes back the 3lbs lost this week.

We were supposed to have our normal Sunday dinner at FILs but no one is answering over there so now we have no clue what we are eating! ![]()

So far, 2 fun size butterfingers. We have NO food in the house. We're going food shopping after football.
