im having some steamed carrots, half a chicken breast/cheese sandwhich and a slimfast meal bar

im actually attempting a diet haha

i had chinese food(sesame chicken) and a banana boat.. its a banana with whipped cream,chocolate syrup and mousse.

Whole wheat pasta with roasted veggies (peas, chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, and mushrooms) with garlic and rosemary and a little ricotta cheese.

NOW i'm going to have my spinach salad w/tomatoes, feta, dried cranberry's, and croutons.

Yesterday i ended up with a turkey sandwich lol.

I will have a LC ziti for lunch along with an apple and possibly a fiber bar.

Tuesday is the one day when my eating shedule gets wonky because of my work schedule
