What's going on with agiftfulheart??

I sent them a sample request on Saturday and they said it would take up to 3 days to receive it through email, and I still haven't And i've been trying to get in contact with them for the past 2-3 days during business hours and no one is picking up? Any advice from you ladies that got your STD's from them?
