Do your boobies ever start to fall out the bottom of your bra. It is so annoying!!!

Popping out the top means your cup size is too small

Falling out the bottom could mean the cup size is too small or the band size is too big

ETA, the nad mught be the right size, but the bra might be old and stretched out.

This is a pretty good guide

I was wearing the wrong bra size for soooooo long with that double boob coming out the top thing happening and my clothes fit so much better now that I went up a cup size.
