whats in a church program??

can someone help me out with step by step about what should go into a program? is there a link? any pictures would be awesome too :)

OMG - I just helped my sis assemble 200 of these this weekend.

Front Cover - Bride and Groom name and date

Inside front Cover - Bridal Party, People Deserving Special Mention (family, people who bring up gifts, priest, etc.)

Then comes a detailed list of the program - music, readings, vows - listing the psalms and words to the music.

On the last page she had a personal message of thanks from the bride and groom.

Back inside cover was a memorial to the groom's mom who passed away last year.

Last page was a line phrase like 'today i marry my best friend' or something like that.
