I'm a terrible person to sleep with - I grind my teeth real bad!!!! According to those in teh know, it sounds like I'm chewing on ice cubes.
Plus, I've been pinching and biting DH in my sleep lately!!! I was spooning him once and bit him on his back! Now, how do you get enough skin to bite on someone's back!!!!!!

omg my ex used to do that to..he once hit my arm so hard when we were sleeping.we both woke up with a jolt lol.. i think that was his way to smack some sense into me w/o going to jail

What's it like? I would imagine it is WONDERFUL!
Now, DH on the other hand, flops around like a dying fish all night, every two hours waking up to eat spoonfuls of peanut butter which he is convinced helps him sleep...

I'm a cover hog, I also stretch out all over the bed, leaving my DH with a tiny piece of matress to sleep on

i talk to myself and toss all night long. one night, i started to punch fh on the arm. hes a big guy, but he woke up and didn't know what to do, he woke me up and i think i yelled at him for waking me up and then i went back to sleep.

If I am tired and get into a comfortable position, I sleep like a log. If I am restless, I toss and turn and tug at the covers and readjust my position so much that DH grabs his pillow and threatens to sleep on the couch.

I imagine it's much like camping with the entire Psych Ward from Bellvue.
I got the jimmy legs, I twitch, I hum, I talk, I sing, I flail and if someone tries to wake me up I jump out of my skin.
but FH isn't a picnic either... he grinds his teeth to a fine powder each night, snores with a deafening resonance and the other night he practically cold-cocked me in his sleep! He's got the jimmy legs too.

JIMMY LEGS!!!!! So that's what the Green Giant has?????? In addition to foot SWISHING ... snoring like an 8.5 on the richter scale ... and rolling himself up in blankets & pillows all over
(we actually do not share blankets).
I, on the other hand, am the lightest sleeper in the world. EVERYTHING bothers me ... I am constantly flattening wrinkles out of the bottom sheet, refluffing the blanket so it lays perfectly ...
Basically, I could get out of bed in the morning and it would appear as though no one was ever in the bed. Tim gets out of bed in the morning and it looks like WW III.

That is hysterical!!
Since I got preggo, I would say not pleasant being that I get up 3x a night to go to the br and I toss and turn all night.

I twitch every now and again, but that's more or less the extent of it.
When we were in the smaller bed, DH would beat me up whenever he rolled over. He actually headbutted me one night.

If I am sleeping well, i am easy...if it's a bad night (hot flashes), the covers are on/off/on/off, clothes off/clothes on....then the dog wants off the bed (gotta let him down) and gotta lift him back up, or let him outside, then back in...bad night
DH is easy too, sometimes i have to tell him to stop snoring, BUT I cannot touch him at all when he is sleeping then he wakes up--i can touch him in the mornings but not the middle of the night, bizarrre.
The dog whimpers in his sleep sometimes which wakes us both.

My oldest sister has the worst jimmy legs! We flew to Atlanta about 10 years ago to visit my middle sister. Oldest sister and I had to share a futon for the weekend and I thought I was going to die!
Some how she wound the sheets aroud her feet and then yanked her legs up to her chest so fast that there was actually a 'snapping' noise! Unfortunately, my leg was tangled in the sheet and the snapping sheets nearly cut off circulation to my foot!!

I grind my teeth also but other then that i've not heard any complaints. i tend to sleep in a ball on my left side and stay that way most of the night
I am a total bed and covers hog and if that's not bad enough, I use my dog to get more bed. I face his feet towards FH and make the dog stretch so his nails go into him so he moves over in his sleep.

I sometimes talk in my sleep and I like to change my sleeping position a lot. I used to be a big blanket hog but I am a lot better on that now.

Oooh, Jimmy Legs!!! I got them too! When I was little and we used to sleep at my grandmother's house, sometimes we would sleep in her bed with her. Well, that ended when I threw my abnormally heavy 10-year-old leg across poor Nan and she was pinned to the bed for a good portion of the night. After that, she made me sleep on the floor!
and, I used to sleep with all the covers around my head with just my face poking out - my entire family called me Mother Teresa for a good portion of my childhood...They're so mean to me!
Oh, and Wendy, as for what the h-e-l-l is wrong with me...sometimes I just feel like biting
