ok - we put a bid in and the bid was accpeted, we already have our pre-qual letter, we had the engineer to the house and he did a full inspection, including termites...what comes next?

Congrats! South Seaford right? Not too far from me!
Lots of waiting goes on next if all goes ok with the inspection (contract negotiation and signing and then mortgage process) - but all good in the end. Just stay on top of your mortgage people if you want to keep the process going quickly and smoothly!
