what's the best chocolates to use? favor question...

I don't know how many read the post where I asked if I should do the boxes of chocolates on the tables on top of everything else I was giving my guests? Well, I decided I could make it work and I'm doing a 3X3X3 box of chocolates...but I can't decide which chocolates to give out.

Hershey's Kisses are the only thing that come to mind. What other chocolates are good? I need some suggestions.

even if it's not chocolate...what's a nicely wrapped candy I can place in the box? and how many per box? Each guest is getting a box, one per person...

We are doing Lindt Truffles... I've heard others doing Godiva or Ghiardelli Squares.

How about m&m's? You could get them in the colors that you are using for your wedding.

would you leave the m&m's loose in the box? or keep them in a bag?

I like the idea I was just wondering....

We are personalizing M&M's and putting them in small chests with our scrolls on top tied with a ribbon

We are doing the clear acetate boxes with m&ms. I thought 3x3 would be too big, so I got 2x2 boxes. I tested it out and they hold alot of m&ms (more than the 2oz. that come in the boxes that the m&m co. makes up), so 3x3 boxes would hold alot more.

OH - we are leaving them loose in the boxes.

I think leaving them loose would be fine.
Check out this site..you can buy m&m's there and they seem pretty resonable and have lots of colors.
