Whats the best OTC cold medicine that works best?

My symptons are: scratchy/itchy throat, sneezing, runny nose..........Thanks!

I also like Sutafed Non-drowsy.


Those seem to keep the syptoms at bay and let me work all day.

I find that Thera Flu works the best for me. The combination of the medicine with the heat really sooths my throat and chest congestion. Just put a little honey or sugar in it and it will taste much better.

Sounds like allergies. Alavert is really good for that.

I was just going to reply with Thera Flu, it is the best. It is an inconvience to take, but no good thing comes easy!!!! it wipes any symptoms right out. I don't take it with that much water, I basically take it as a shot.

Vicks vapor rub , hot tea, and a claritin.
Or try Advil cold and sinus. I try to stay away from that stuff becuase it makes my blood pressure go up. Hope you feel better soon.

I know my FI swears by Thera Flu--I just have to prepare myself so much before I drink it--but thanks for all the suggestions.

I found Sudafed in my cabinet, so I took one and slept for 3 hours and now I feel like a huge clump of mush--and Im eating ALOT!
